This doesn't really need any introduction, but just incase: Vibrant, celebratory and steeped in tradition, the third day of Royal Ascot, known as Ladies Day, is the day to see and be seen. It is a glorious occasion, when high fashion and millinery masterpieces take centre stage alongside Flat racing's most elite stayers locking horns in the historic Gold Cup.

There will be a service stop en route at Reading Services so you're welcome to bring your outfits in a suit bag to change there. Please note our arrival time at Ascot is subject to traffic conditions and whilst we have allowed extra time for this, we may arrive later than planned.

Wednesday
You'll be picked up from your preferred pickup location on Wednesday morning before heading for a day at leisure in Windsor.
In the late afternoon we'll head to the hotel for the evening.
thursday
After breakfast it's time to get your best dress and hat on, and we'll head on the short journey to Royal Ascot Racecourse.
Tickets are included.
We'll leave Ascot in the evening for the journey back to South Wales.
1 NIGHT ACCOMMODATION
ITINERARY - 2 NIGHT TRIP
The itinerary below is provisional and we'll confirm a finalised one no later than 14 days before the trip. This trip follows Coracle Route A.
Wednesday
You'll be picked up from your preferred pickup location on Wednesday morning before heading for a day at leisure in Oxford.
In the late afternoon we'll head to the hotel.
thursday
After breakfast it's time to get your best dress and hat on, and we'll head on the short journey to Royal Ascot Racecourse.
Tickets included are in the Village Enclosure.
After a day at Ascot we'll return to the hotel.
friday
After breakfast it's time to check out of the hotel and head for a day at leisure in Henley-on-Thames.
In the afternoon we'll head back to Wales.
