OKTOBERFEST AT NEWBURY RACECOURSE

Enjoy a fantastic afternoon of action on the racecourse as Newbury Racecourse gears up to wave goodbye to the Flat season for another year! What’s more, the racecourse will be transformed into a traditional Bavarian party complete with Bierkeller, steins, themed food including bratwurst and pretzels and oompah bands providing entertainment with racegoers encouraged to attend in their finest lederhosen.

We'll then top off the weekend by spending a night and a leisurely Sunday in Oxford.

ITINERARY

Exact timings will be confirmed around 2 weeks prior to departure but if you need a rough idea of our pickup and drop off times, don't hesitate to ask!

Saturday

We're operating two coaches for this event. One follows South Wales Route A and the other follows Bath Route A.

We'll pick you up Saturday morning and whisk you to Newbury Racecourse - we plan to arrive around midday.

The racing should kick off around 1:30pm.

We'll leave the Racecourse at 6pm on our 45 minute trip to Oxford, where you can check-in and then enjoy a night at leisure.

Sunday

You can enjoy a day at leisure in Oxford or hop on the coach on an excursion to nearby Bicester Village to shop until you drop at one of the UK's largest outlet shopping villages.

We'll leave Oxford at 4pm to head home.
